11 Feb International Schools Partnership Limited awarded by IFMA for its QUIONIA IS implementation project
International Schools Partnership Limited has been the winner of the IFMA Spain Best & Good Practice Award for the document management project carried out with #QuioniaInformationSystem, the asset management tool of Simbioe Facility Management SL.
Congratulations to Ignacio Lopez-Peña Sanchez and especially to Inma Navarro, who presented the project and has made it possible to value all the work of the project team that has allowed them to win the award.
Simbioe Facility Management SL has had the pleasure of carrying out the consultancy for the implementation of the Quionia Information System computer tool that has allowed, as Inma Navarro indicated in her presentation, to achieve:
- Not only knowing, but also ensuring compliance with current regulations regarding maintenance for its 11 buildings located in different autonomous communities of Spain, each of them with different regulations.
- Reduce the number of maintenance contracts for its 11 centers in Spain with the reduction of costs involved in their management.
- In a first phase, control the costs of preventive and corrective maintenance and in a second phase optimize them.
- Add value and recognition to the Facility Manager profession both with the organization’s internal staff and with parents and students.
