Barcelona, January 18, 2022 – Bureau Veritas Solutions and Simbioe Facility Management join forces to offer a comprehensive Facility Management supervision solution that globally responds to the needs of property owners and managers.
The collaboration scheme offers, throughout the national territory, a homogeneous service adapted to the particularities of the client. The new service facilitates the identification and monitoring of the documentary requirements of the buildings to ensure, at all times, compliance with the regulations. In addition, it provides the identification of the relevant and updated documentation that is required. In this way, the solution ensures that the buildings are operational and functional at all times.
“With this service, we intend to provide a solution to the main problems detected in building management, such as the control and monitoring of regulatory obligations, the resolution of incidents in buildings or the optimization of operating costs”, comments David Navarro, Technical Director of Bureau Veritas Solutions.
The solution is based on the Quionia Information System, the asset management tool developed by Simbioe, which centralizes the building’s documentation, such as plans, reports, legalizations or licenses; recurring documentation, such as proof of inspections and reviews; the documentation referring to non-conformities or incidents, that referring to maintenance or other services, such as review reports, work orders, workloads or others and any other information on the building.
