If your company has a property portfolio to manage, we can help you:

  • Ensure that your building has all the legal requirements up to date.
  • Verify every year that the legal maintenance is carried out and the needed certificates and reports are generated.
  • Ensure that the maintenance, services and utilities are well contracted and the needs of the building and the client are considered.
